Shahid Kapoor is celebrating his 40th birthday today and on his birthday, wishes have been pouring in from celebs. Anushka Sharma too penned a sweet note for the Kabir Singh star as she wished him on his birthday.

Today, the actor has turned a year older and on his birthday, celebs from Bollywood have been showering him with love. Now, his Badmaash Company co-star Anushka Sharma also has sent a lovely wish for Shahid. The Kabir Singh actor was recently spending time in Goa for his web series shoot.
And today, social media is flooded with wishes for him. Taking to her Instagram story, Anushka penned a sweet note for the Kabir Singh actor and wished him on his 40th birthday. Sharing a photo of the handsome actor on her story, Anushka wrote, “Happy Birthday Shahid. Have the best one.” Anushka and Shahid have shared a great bond and on screen, they were a part of the film, Badmaash Company with Vir Das and Meiyang Chang. Since then, the two have known each other.
Besides Anushka”s sweet note, many other celebs including Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Ishaan Khatter penned sweet wishes for Shahid on his special day. Even Shahid’s wife Mira Rajput penned a sweet note for her husband on his birthday and shared two photos of him.

Meanwhile, Anushka reportedly travelled with her newborn daughter Vamika to Gujarat where Virat Kohli and his squad were facing the test match against England. The couple welcomed their girl on January 11, 2021, and Virat announced in a statement on social media. Later, when Anushka, Virat went home with their daughter, Anushka shared a picture-perfect photo while holding her daughter in her arms and with it, she announced her name.
