They all thanked Chief Minister Jagan for giving him the opportunity to be an MLC. Four YCP candidates who were appointed as MLCs under the governor quota were sworn in on Monday morning. In the last election, Jagan could not win before Charishma. They made it clear that they would be there first to help their social class.

Another MLC Ramesh Yadav said that Jagan was given the opportunity to be the first BC MLC from Kadapa district. Ramesh Yadav said that Jagan Mohan Reddy was the person who proved that BC is not a backward class but a backbone class. The other two MLAs, Leyla Appireddy and Moshenraju, also thanked CM Jaganmohan Reddy.

Meanwhile, Leyla Appireddy of Ankireddypalayam in Guntur district came into politics from an ordinary peasant family. Reached out to the people as a student, youth and labor leader. He later joined the YSSARCP and took part in several public movements in the footsteps of Vice Jagan.

Another Emmelsie Moshenraju was a man from the West Godavari district. YS Jagan resigned from the post of district president of the Congress party shortly after the announcement of the party. He was actively involved in public movements along with YS Jagan.
