NEW DELHI: Former India hockey participant and coach MK Kaushik on Saturday died after battling COVID-19 for the previous three weeks.
He was 66 and is survived by his son and spouse.
Kaushik, a member of the 1980 Moscow Olympics gold-medal profitable Indian group, had examined optimistic for COVID-19 on April 17 and was admitted to a nursing residence right here.

“He was shifted to ventilator this morning however handed away simply now,” his son Ehsan informed PTI.
