The attached belongings embody a 1460 sq. ft flat in Mumbai’s Goregaon and gold, platinum jewelry, diamond, stones, pearl-silver necklaces, watches and Mercedes Benz automotive registered on the title of Gitanjali Group of corporations and its director Mehul Choksi.

Mehul Choksi and his firm Gitanjali Gems are accused of dishonest the Punjab Nationwide Financial institution in connivance with sure financial institution officers by fraudulently getting the LOUs (Letter of Endeavor) issued and obtained the FLCs (international letter of credit score) enhanced with out following prescribed process and inflicting a wrongful loss to the financial institution.
