✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:

✔️ Director (Entrepreneurship Development): Doctorate in Business Management / Social Science / Social Work / Human Resource Management or any related self-discipline, with 15 years related expertise.

Director (Outreach, Research and Advocacy): Doctorate in Business Management / Social Science / Social Work / Human Resource Management or any related self-discipline with related expertise. Minimum 15 years related expertise.

Join Director (Outreach and Advocacy): Doctorate in Business Management, Social Science / Social Work, Human Resource Management, or any related self-discipline with related expertise. Minimum 10 years related expertise.

✔️ Administrative Officer: Master’s Degree in related self-discipline. Minimum 05 years related expertise.

Private Secretary: Officers of the Central / State Government / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory Organizations.

Senior Assistant: Any Degree + 04 years expertise in related discipline.

Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree + 02 years expertise in related discipline.

Junior Stenographer: Pass in tenth Class with National Trade Certificate / National Apprentice Certificate / or National Instructor Training Certificate in ‘Stenography’ from ITI / NSTI / DGT. Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 wpm Transcription: 50 mts. (English) OR 65 mts. (Hindi) (On Computer). Minimum 02 years expertise.

Cashier: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance or BBA with Accountancy / Finance. At least 03 years expertise.
