Former Bigg Boss contestant Rashami Desai is a well-known face of the Indian Television industry. She is one of the most loved celebrities and enjoys a huge fan following on social media platforms. Be it her personal life or career, the Uttaran actress has always grabbed the headlines. Rashami Desai, who was last seen in the Naagin series, is missing from the television. Recently, she got candid with The Times of India and shared some information about her career and personal life.
Talking to The Times of India, Rashami Desai opened up about her career. She said, “I am ready to work on OTT as I feel that you have a chance to explore yourself as an actor. I don’t want to regret in the future that I did not try when I wanted to. I am also open to working in films too. But this does not mean that I will not work in Television. I am for sure as long as the script and director are good.”
She rose to fame with her role of Tapasya Rathore in Uttaran and Shorvari Parth Bhanushali in Dil Se Dil Tak. Not many know that Rashami started her acting career with the Hindi film Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke (2004). She made her television debut with Ravan (2006).
The Dil Se Dil Tak actor had revealed on national television that when she was bankrupt and Arhaan had supported her. According to The Times of India, she had confessed that in 2016, she became bankrupt and went homeless. “It was Arhaan who came to her rescue,” she said. Rashami even thanked Bigg Boss for giving her a platform where she was able to connect with the audience.
