Varun Tej’s sport based drama Ghani, based on boxing, is written and directed by Kiran Korrapati. Today, the makers of Ghani released the new release date.
Ghani, starring Varun Tej, will be released on 25th February 2022 in theaters worldwide in a very grand manner. The film has received a U/A certificate by the Censor Board of Film Certification.
The Ghani team announced recently that the film will either release on February 25 or March 4. Of the two release dates, the makers have now locked in one. The film’s release has been pushed numerous times due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Ghani also has Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Suniel Shetty and Naveen Chandra playing pivotal roles. Tamannaah Bhatia will make a special appearance in Kodthe, an item number in the film.
Varun Tej starrer has music by S Thaman. George C Williams is the cinematographer and Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor.
Varun Tej learned the basics of kickboxing in the US under the supervision of 2008 Summer Olympics bronze medalist Tony Jeffries in preparation for the role.
